Free falling

The weather is perfect for what we Vermonter love to do…look at leaves! For prime foliage viewing seasoned with a dash of historical lore, consider taking this easy afternoon junket out of Woodstock. The leisurely 35-mile loop begins in Woodstock village and takes to the high country for panoramic views and a feast of autumn color. Farms, an active beaver pond, and ice cream complete the picture. Here’s a list of a few other fun foliage events. Thanks, Scenes of Vermont! After looking at trees, you may be tired. Here’s some great places to sleep:)
